However, I really find it difficult to understand that with such difficult studying conditions like our classrooms for starters, how can we be at the top? Man! Studying sucks!!! I hope he sticks around and actually does something because IBA is spending something like 30000000/year on his salary. Now just keep on counting the zeros;) Did you guys read the email he sent to all the students regarding the fee increases!..one of his reasons was to send teachers abroad to study...haha...on our money???..instead they should hire qualified professionals like LUMS is doing! Dammit i have made few wrong decisions in life! yeah he will change IBA only if he doesn’t get a high salaried offer from world bank or something which was about to happen when he recently joined IBA. Any student can go into his office and talk to him about any problem or issue he or she has. He responds to each and every email he receives. Moreover, he has already brought about some very good changes in the overall system. He has increased the total number of absences allowed from 4 to 6 for a 28-session course. Moreover, i think some students including me, made history when we were asked to sit around with a panel of senior teachers and discuss the problems that IBA students face. Many issues were raised, many promises were made. Also for students taking admission in 2009, foreign language courses will be offered. I think CHinese and German is on the list.
