No longer is there a need for IBAians to be jalus of the LUMSites. The LUMS people may go river rafting and mountain climbing. So what? We now have our resident Advanture Society, started by our very own Asmer Manzoor. No less than a bear himself, Asmer has managed to prove himself a true IBAian – he has more creativity in his little finger than an average LUMS-ite has in his whole body.
The entrance test for the society was quite innovative. As good as any P & G test i swear! Problem-solving situations were invented. Any true IBAian could clear that test because they would definitely know how to play Poker and would have had experience struggling with the fog in KU.
Despite the fact that the plans and the activities of the society are still a mystery, it has managed to grab the attention of quite a few people. The frandshipper style message on the poster caught the women’s attention immediately who thought maybe the society traced mysterious stalkers. This illusion has been clarified but the purpose of the society is yet to be unveiled. Goodluck Asmer!
